How would you take this?

I barely know my brother in laws girlfriend. Seen her a few times. Never really even had a conversation with her. Last night we went to trivia withthem and she kept making remarks about me not being able to hear well. Now i am a good sport but I dont knwo her like that. I let her keep digging at me. So we leave and she had a few beers I had not had any. On the way home she asks how tall I am and what sisze my boobs are. I was like really? I just answered, "big" and then told her my size and she said , " mine are still bigger." Now I dont hae a problem talking like this with people I know. I reallydont know how to take this.. I think she was getting a little mean about my hearing and a bit personal about the boobs..What do you think? Was she sizing me up> being a ***** is she insecure. What would you think?
