my CPU is a AMD phenom 2.5GHz quad core 9850 and it is cooled by a 120mm solid copper heatsink

and my video card is a PNY GTX 550ti

@ idle all temps were below 50c under load my vid card is 72c

and the other temps are temp 1 60c temp 2 45c CPU 59c MB 45c Core 62c

Update:

Those are not bad. Nothing to worry about.

50c is high for idle, also 72c is kinda high under load, unless it's a very heavy load.

My system stays at 16 to 25c for CPU and 28 to 36c for GPU idle and even under light load such as web browsing, youtube, etc.

Under heavy load I get to about 48c for CPU and 54c for GPU.

Sentey Arvina Case with 4 x 120mm LED fans, 2 x 80mm LED fans on side panel, above GPU. Sunbeam Twister twin (2) 120mm after market CPU cooler with 4 copper pipes, CPU is Intel Core i5-2500K and GPU is ZOTAC GeForce GTX560 Ti.

Also I am using Linux, not as resource hungry as Windows is....

    My RAM memory usage is at 350MB idle, rarely goes over 2GB (I got 16GB DDR3 1600 - four x 4GB kit G.Skill Ripjaws X Series).
