I have short black, puffy and uneven hair):!?

I posted many questions asking help on my hair but no one could provide good answers)): but now i'm tired of it!!!! nothing works for my hair, it's permed but it doesnt look like it ..here is it from the side

i look ugly! (im the one with the striped shirt) it's uneven!! and its like everytime i straighten my hair (i use hair protectant) i use Megasilk Olive heat protection spray that doesn't work! I straighten it and 2 seconds its like PUFFY! i don't what kind of conditioner to use and i'm just tired. my hair is mainly uneveve, short, and just puffy. i feel not confident and barely go out with my friends anymore): i have the new type of ethnic hair...i don't want to cut it because i look horrible with short hair .. i tried eggs, mayonnaise, hot oil alot of home remedies .. can someone please recommend something? we're broke as HELL. so i can't afford Nexxus or hair extensions.. just please help ..:/

i want to be able to sleep w/o a night cap and go to the beach w/o my hair turning ugly ..
