all of my hair is uneven?

how can i make it more straight and grow it longer???

Im the striped one and its been this same length for a year :/

    Your hair may be very week. I suggest rubbing coconut oil into it for at least 10 minutes per day and that will significantly increase the strength of your hair. It will also give it more body and it will be more likely to stay straight.
