Windows cannot be installed?

I decided to format my PC but i cant install windows. This error appears : The selected disk has MBR partition table. On EFI systems , Windows can only be installed to GPT disk. Please help me.

    Is there an image from the factory on the disk?

    try and reinstall from that else....

    boot to dos from flash drive [installs dos in a ram drive] or the win disk command prompt run recovery tools delete all the partitions and recreate them.

    this is a pretty large task your trying to do i would research it more on google to see what information i could find on your problem.

    i dont have any experience with win 7 i run xp still.
