Best and worst breakfast pastries?

I know that all breakfast pastries aren't very healthy, but as I keep to an 80/20 healthy diet, I need to satisfy my sweet tooth in smaller portions.

At the weekend, I love a warm pain au chocolat, but I haven't had one for months because of the high sat fat content! I was wondering what pastries I could have that are the lowest in fat or sugar?

If not, I'll just have my bran flakes or porridge and fruit with a chocolate pastry :3

I think a pastry needs eggs, butter and sugar plus leavening. Then, some type of filling that also involves sugar, sometimes eggs (custard). There might be a chocolate glaze.
