How do you maintain weight?

I finished dieting a few months ago, and I have only just found (after experimenting) how I maintain my weight.

3 meals a day (between 4-500 calories) and 2 snacks a day: 2 small, and one dessert.

My dessert ALWAYS consists of yoghurt and berries and a square of dark chocolate, and a small treat (usually saving chocolate for the weekends) to keep me happy (today I had three pink panthers :3)

I am moderately active every day and I do aerobic exercise 3-5 times a week in addition. I am always moving and dancing around the house too :3

How do you guys keep slim?

    i maintain weight by eating my maintainence calories which is a good way to maintain and i do the exact things as u i do exercise 2-3 days a week and i have 1-2 treats every week

    i always clean my house and just keep myself moving and i go to school so i walk the whole time which i like to! :)
