A question for Christian heterosexuals who were former homosexuals:?
Did God completely take away your tendency to be tempted toward homosexual lust or is it something that still has to be actively resisted?
@went ham the other day-- I believe God is more than capable of taking someone's deviant desire away from them. If you listen to people's testimonies, sometimes he does, and sometimes He doesn't seemingly saying "My grace is sufficient for thee". In the testimonies I've heard regarding this, which aren't many, the people say that desire is not totally gone, hence my question. I wanted to know if there was an other side to the coin.

People who are able to "stop" being gay are bisexuals who suppress half their sexuality.
