How to get back to Australia when my RRV has expired.?

I was granted a RRV visa and it has expired in 2010. Because of my work oversea, I do not spend enough time ( at least 2 yrs )in Australia. They did not cancel my RRV but it has already expired and I would like to get back to Australia and stay there for good. I also intend to start a new business there and I don't know if there is any possibility that they will allow me to enter Austrlaia with the expired RRV and allow me to conitnue living there. Can someone advise me. Thks

There is no way you will be allowed to enter Australia as a PR if your RRV has already expired - you must get another one if you wish to return. You have only a small chance of getting another RRV but it's always worth a try.

Your best chance of success will be if you can provide evidence of substantial business, cultural, employment or personal ties of benefit to Australia

    and

if you have been absent for more than five continuous years since your last departure from Australia as an Australian permanent resident or Australian citizen, you must provide evidence of compelling reasons for your absence over five years.

If you've spent at least one day in Australia in the last 5 years, you may be able to get a 3 month RRV but you must provide evidence of compelling and compassionate reasons for your departure.

What Justacowgirl has pronounced is surely, yet I do have self belief that Amplyifing host are literally not plagued by the virus. An Amplifing host is an animal that's contaminated by the virus and helps the virus to bolster an multiply in the present day.
