What can I do to make my nails grow faster and healthier?

I've always had a problem with biting my nails, and reguarlly had gel nails put on.

Now I'm trying to grow them out and keep them natural.

But I find that they are very brittle and break all the time.

I'm always putting nail polish and hardening polishes on them but it doesnt really seem to help.

I have been taking a prenatal vitamin & a calcium pill every day. You don't have to be pregnant to take prenatal vitamins. They are loaded with lots of vitamins & minerals. It will help with hair growth too. You can pick them up just about anywhere for about $5. I've noticed a lot less breaking and peeling of my nails. Also a coat of Sally Hansens Hard as Nails as a base coat or alone will help a lot. I love it, its about $2 at Walmart or Target & free from the major nail polish toxins.

Take Biotin. It's available at mothers or sprouts or anywhere like that. Its strengthens hair and nails!

go to wal-greens or rite aid and look for a supplement that is for that. I know of one called hair, skin,

and nails..its a pill you take everyday to help it grow and keep women healthy.
