A peanut butter sandwich with slices painted with it, along with a glass of milk. That alone is 30 grams protein. Peanut Butter is a great source of protein. Eggs are also a great source of protein.
Beans are also a GREAT protein source i know, but i don't like those. Don't know if you do.
Try fish, you got lots of choices, like tuna, lobster/crab, salmon, trout, shrimp are good.
Chicken is also good. Ribs, turkey.
Also, focus on carbs too, you need those if you want to build muscle.
Brown Rice, whole wheat bread, whole grain pasta, potatoes, (avoid white potato though), oatmeal, or veggies can be good source of carbs and natural protein. Much like spinach.
Oh yeah nuts are also another great source of nuts and lots of other great things. One of the most nutritious natural foods. Personally i snack on a handful of almonds 3 times a week.
Source(s): Protein Shakes/Bars can be good too, but 90% of your diet should be of good natural foods. The other 10% could be bars/shakes. - WildgrlLv 79 years ago
Fish... Salmon is best, but most any fish really.
You don't like steak.... or red meat at all? Steak is just a cut of beef.
