Is there a way to track how much of our time a website wastes?

My company has a website, that is supposed to attract new customers.

Several people that I know IRL have tried this site and found that it frustrated them.

Now, I know these people, they are not computer experts. I kinda suspect some of the guys only bought a computer to watch porn.

So the reason they are frustrated is that they never learned how to use a computer, so they do things wrong.

The problem is the computer acts as if it understands the English language like the humans do, so they are offered things by our website, that they are not gonna get, so they believe the computer is playing a game with them.

Now if a human was employed by my company and this human and some customers did not understand each other, and these customers time was being wasted, I would fire the human.

If the customer feels foolish while is doing business with your company, he is less likely to come back.

If you don't take care of your customers, someone else will.

The people who do not know how to use a computer tend to be people who have little money to spend, so don't worry about losing any of those guys, if they were a potential customer, they probably don't have the money to buy what you would be trying to sell them.
