Choosing the Best Answer?
Rarely has my choice of Best Answer gone through, making me feel guilty for being unable to thank someone.
I use a mobile (cellular) phone. Yet often Yahoo! says I've not rated the answer, even when I have.
If anything, am I doing something wrong? Or are other mobile users having the same problem?

I think its because you access yahoo from a phone. I talked to other users and they said they have more problems on a phone than if they were to access it on a computer. Try it on a computer instead of a phone, you should have more luck.

Perhaps you are waiting too long. If you are seeing "Vote as Best Answer" instead of "Choose as Best Answer" then that is what's happening. You have 4 days after you ask to choose, 8 days if you extend the question; after that it goes to vote.
