My current workout for my abs?
So for the past months I've been trying to get my body fat % down to get my abs more defined. There seems to only be little improvement. Am I doing something wrong?
Current:
120 Crunches
30 side crunches (30 per side)
20 leg lifts or whatever they are called
10 over the head leg lifts
Current eating:
6-8 small meals a day usually consisting of high protein and doing my best to eat crap only once and a while.
Suggestions?

You're doing more than me, (well, i do 120 push ups, but that's not intense as your other activities) and i'm doing fine.
