The best way to travel from Sofia to Burgas?

I'm traveling to Bulgaria in a few weeks, flying into Sofia and spending a couple of nights there before traveling over night to Burgas. Has anyone done this journey? What is the best method of travel? I want to do it over night so I'm not wasting a day and I'm saving on hostel costs.

Update:

Why is the train best though? Cause a few people have suggested train to me before but others bus

When I have traveled I have always preferred the train to a bus. It gives you the option to walk around since you are not stuck to your seat as you are as bus passenger. I have frequently used night trains which offer a 4 berth couchette so that you can travel overnight and arrive the next morning relaxed to start your sightseeing.

The night train from Sofia to Burgas however is just a regional train which operates during the night. It leaves Sofia at 22:40 to arrive at Burgas at 06:00 after 22 intermediate stops. It only offers regular 2nd or 1st class seats, no couchettes or sleepers.

I this case I would prefer to take a bus without stops or with just one stop at Stara Zagora.

Sofia is a town that encourage you, is just a town that produce you intend to visit so how you will dsicover with hotelbye . One of many places that Sofia is offering through his tourists is Saint George Rotunda church. Also, The Memorial Church Saint Alexander Nevsky is among the city's many recognizable symbols. That church was built-in 1912, and was designed by the Russian architect Alexander Pomerantsev. Its bell tower increases to a level of 53 yards, and houses 53 bells, the largest weighing 10 tons. In Sofia you will find several important and lovely church and cathedral and these gives that city a particular issue that makes the tourist wish to got here.
