The things happens around us and atmosphere created our thoughts whatever good or bad and then that particular thoughts creats our feelings positive or negative. For example, if our near & dear got accident, we feels completely negative and if our kids does something heart touch work then our feelings mind blowing positively.

this question is kinda mind twisting confusing question but i will try to answer it.
reasons can create feelings (if a person was a emotional type)
thought its about that our frontal lobe is working and it create reasons
