Mice dropping wearing gloves no mask?

yes that should protect you fine. if youve ever seen the show Hoarders people have been living with mice poop inches thick all over the house and seem to be healthy enough to keep going out and collecting more junk.

i have heard stories of bad things that can happen from breathing in airborn dust from rodent droppings. i would say the mask is the most important piece of protection.think about it,sink and toilet drains are designed to use water to stop the smell and health hazards from that smell from coming back up the drains.in general breathing **** is not good.i would much rather spend a few bucks on a mask than get sick.nose hair is there to act as a filter to help you not to breath dust,but when u r cleaning some place ,nose hair usually is not good enough.a tyvek suit is overkill but a mask is not

Depends on the type of mask that you plan on using. If it is the white paper mask, than no you are not ok. Go to this site and read about hantavirus. http://www.hantavirus.net/ You should also wear disposable coveralls so that you can remove them before you take your mask off along with the rubber gloves and boots.

Why stop there? Go ahead & wear a Tyvek suit....

You don't really need the mask unless you are in fear of accidentally sweeping a rat turd into your mouth.

Just sweep the things and be done with it
