hmm...well im a complete horror junkie...and they cant get tooooo scaryy being pg13...but id have to suggest the best would be:

Darkness Falls
The Last Exorcism
White Noise
Spiral

If you really want a scary movie, don't get anything recent. Two reasons:
1. Newer movies seem to go for gore instead of fright.
2. Lower ratings where easier to get in the late eighties early nineties.
Try the Sixth Sense or Poltergeist.
