    Sweet and sour Guinea.

Firstly what you should do is skin the GP as their tiny hairs can spoil the meal.

You marinade your GP in a cherry broth overnight, it is customary to spit into the marinade, however i avoid doing this as i find it derogatory to my still alive GP pets. After marinading your GP decide on a side dish (such as sweet potato or mash, preferably a starch based soft side as it will complement the GP texture and not overpower the taste) this is important as you don't want it to clash with your GP meat, we're dinning not scoffing.

Heat the oven to 180 C or prepare a grill

Next prepare a lemon bath (2cups lemon juice, 5 teaspoons sugar), not for you you silly goose, and heat to boiling temperature the lemon bath will start becoming thick dip your GP to give it a light coat and immediately add to the grill or oven. Keep an eye on the GP as their tiny bodies cook fast once the skin becomes a dark roasty color its ready.

Serve with white wine and enjoy.

**GP have a spicy tough taste depending on what they were fed.

**FUN TIP: enjoy this with your other guinea pigs, they loved him in life why not love it in roast too.

Why would you do that?! Show some respect and bury it and have a memorial. Your pet probably loved you and your going to cook it????????

That is horrible and you don't deserve the honer of having a pet, you should be banned from having pets. Sure you might have loved it, but you can't have cared very much if your just going to cook them when they are dead!

Hope you decide to bury the poor thing and let it rest, otherwise you are a sick person.

First you have to splash boiling hot water or burn the fur off, then skinned it, gut it and then grill that little sucker Ecuadorian style.

But that pretty much applies to any dead animal, remove the guts, fur, and then cook it.

You should show your pet a little respect first. Have a little memorial service and play some Andean flute music or something, you know show the guinea pig that you cared.

Seriously? You're so disgusting. Who in their right mind would EAT their pet? That's just absurd. I can't believe you, if you're trolling, stop because this ISN'T funny in the least bit perspective. If you're being serious, go get some help, I beg you. If you LOVED your guinea, you wouldn't eat the poor thing, you'd put him in a shoebox and bury him in your yard.

You know you have to skin it to eat it? And drain the blood? Gross. Go buy McDonalds instead. If you are very poor, boil it. Then lots of ketchup.

leave it out on the highway for a couple od days for cars to run it over and for birds to peck out the guts.

then fry in a hot skillet with butter and rosemary.
