How would you improve the 'Report Abuse' system? [ I think you should be notified as to the SPECIFIC cause for the report in the reporter's own words (anonymously of course), then you should have the opportunity to rebut the charge. After which, THEN it would be sent to the arbitrator's panel for a determination. The points are taken from the loser's points and then given to the winner. ] This solution would diminish the amount of reports, don't you think?
Are there any guidelines that should be updated, deleted, or added?

you can already do that on your on. Where is says:

But I think they should have no Community Guidelines, or at least no report abuse button. I think only the asker should be able to report it. Because I have not been on in maybe 3 months or so and back then, those reporter trolls. Oh really they were sincere b*tches. And yes they should have a category for Trolls because I would stay there all day long sarcastically answering their question. That would be Awesome.

I would ask them to change the non-chat policy and have a spot where people could create there avatar and let them talk to other people.Like they could move and stuff and the creators of Y!A answers could make virtual hangouts for us and our avatars.
OH<we should get i point every time our answer is thumbed up. But not lose it if thumbed down.And if our is selected as best answer then we don't get those thumbs again.

Change the answering limit. The 80 answers from level 4 onwards SUCKS. Nothing changes from level 4, really.

When a question receives a new answer, it should be moved up to the top of the questions list. Otherwise it will only get buried by new questions.

There should be a section especially for conceited people who love to brag, and malice should be entirely banned. Be nice or push off.

Whenever I get a violation for no reason and send Y!A an appeal, it seems as if they don't even read it. They should definitely change that.

I would suggest to make two different categories for rock and pop cause I can't tolerate pop fans there.
