Colombian is a nationality, not a race. Do you know the specific ethnicity of your great great grandmother?
Anyway, just considering that your Mom is Italian (racially White) and your Dad is racially Black, I would describe you as "Mulatto," which is a mix between Black and Caucasian.

You're mixed, Love. Black, Italian, Colombian and probably a whole bunch of other cool ethnicities you don't even know about :) We're all mixed if you really think about it. Embrace it, love it, own it.

you've some Polish history and some Haitian or African history, and what ever all something else of your ancestors were. it really is a genetics question, no longer kin tree, yet I wager you've an enticing kin tree to analyze.
