how can i repair damaged nails caused by electric nail buffer?

i got my nails done at a day spa, and the nail technician there put tips on. every two weeks i'd go in to get them filled in and each time she'd use an electric nail buffer. sometimes it would burn and hurt. i got tired of them so recently i had them removed and my nails are damaged by holding the buffer on my nails too long. there are some deep ridges now in my nail bed, especially on my right thumb.i always had nice smooth nails till now. so my question is, is there any way I can help repair this damage? or are my nails permanantly damaged? sorry for the long question. thanks for any info any of you can give me.

The damaged is done, no magic nail products can fix that, they're not made of glue to prevent, fix, get new nails or reverse damaged done by electric nail buffer.

Your skin & nails repair itself. Leave it alone. Your nails is growing slowly, you'll get new nails, just like before if you're healthy, but good nail care is a must.

Go to YELP in your and write a negative review on the spa and avoid going there again!

I do my own nails, have been for 5 decades.

The trick to getting the nails trimmed returned is to trim them oftentimes- take off a sprint in step with week- 2 on the main- once you decrease the nail, the quick starts off to recede- yet once you wait too long, then the quick will advance returned into the nail, making it frustrating to take any length off. you are able to continually stroll/run him usually on concrete, and that helps placed on the nails down needless to say.
