I love pancakes with strips of bacon, though I've never tried them made with bacon bits. I bet they'd be good if you used real bacon bits and not imitation ones.

Sounds good, served with or without maple syrup. Sounds like Breakfast for Dinner!!!!! May have to try that.....Make sure that if the bacon is in the batter, it is chopped up relatively finely. And definetely pre-fry the bacon!!!!! No tapeworms for me! ;)
