BioExcess Not Detecting Fingerprint Device?
I had used my fingerprint device for my Lenovo laptop for a couple months, but then randomly is started acting weird so i reinstalled the program. Now its saying it cant detect my fingerprint device, how do i fix this?

Not sure but have you upgraded your OS before the re-install but after the first install? Perhaps it could be that you re-installed but didn't uninstal the first instance (you need to restart for settings to take effect).
The fingerprint device does tend to get problematic if there are smudges or dust on it and scratches makes it virtually unusable.
