What is the best youtube app to create video tutorials?

Youtube has several editing tools for creating videos like magisto, YouTube Video editor, etc. and I was wondering which one is best for creating video tutorials for teaching spanish, knowing that all the content will be on my computer's desktop

    I use Photo DVD Burner to create video tutorial and send it to youtube

    For basic editing, AVS Video Editor is a great choice: It's also free download, so that's always nice
