i need help with my netflix membership!?
hi, i am having difficulties with my netflix account. every time i would sign in into my computer, there would be a page saying welcome me and that i needed to restart the membership. i did but every time i would try, there would be a saying that i wouldn't be eligible to get a free trail when i am paying all ready 8$ a month and i got the free trial three months ago. i miss netflix, please help me!!! 10 points, i wish i can give more!
