1st Quarter 2012 awards?

Question

The first quarter of the 2012 season in Major League Baseball is over. Time for awards for the first quarter! I want a list of who should be the recipients of the 4 major awards for both leagues. I don't want these list to be projections as to who will win the awards but who should win them if the season ended today. 
My list: 
NL MVP: Andre Eithier 
NL Cy Young: Brandon Beachy; I mean seriously with these numbers, there should be no argument.
NL ROY: Wade Miley
NL Manager of the Year: Don Mattingly; once again, there should be no argument, what he's done in LA is unbelievable. 

AL MVP: Josh Hamilton
AL Cy Young: Justin Verlander
AL ROY: MIke Trout
AL Manager of the Year: Tie between Joe Maddon and Buck Showalter.

i like your choices here... but there are two i would change
1.  al mvp - adam jones  - i love josh and it's crazy the #'s he's putting up right now... but if you look at jones #'s and also take into consideration WHEN he's putting them up i'd have to give him the advantage... w/o jones, the o's are like 8 games worse than what they are right now... hamilton is a great player but texas would be fine w/o him...
2.  al manager of the year - ONLY buck showalter... screw maddon!  tampa has way more talent on paper then baltimore but buck has been bringing out the best of his team... even I could manage tampa to their current record... maddon's skills peak where buck's begin!!!
