My life thrives on music, baseball, wrestling, movies, tattoos, piercings, skateboarding, and whatever else seems to interest my mind. I live in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and no I'm not a hillbilly screwjob.

  • Is Bryce Harper the least deserving All Star now?

Only a .282 avg, 8 HR, 25 RBI. There are two LF that come right to me who should've replaced Giancarlo Stanton, Jason Kubel and Martin Prado, who are both having tremendous years. Plus, Harper is a RF I believe? Stanton is a LF, so a LF should have been chosen to take his place. I wonder if Tony La Russa knows he didn't have to pick replacements off the Final Vote ballot.

  • Why is Tony La Russa such a prick?

He must think fans are idiots if he believed no one would see through his scheme. He knew Chipper Jones would win the final vote by a landslide, as the results were showing a few days ago, so when he had to pick a replacement for CF Matt Kemp, instead of choosing Michael Bourn to replace him as the next desercing CF on the Final Vote ballot, he chose Chipper Jones knowing that David Freese would win the Final Vote if Chipper weren't on the list. He also knew that fans wouldn't have enough time to vote Bourn back into the race because most of Braves' fans had already spent time voting for Chipper. I mean seriously, is this how a future HOF manager wants to go out?

  • Are people talking more about snubs than actual All Stars?

Everything I watch or read today about the ASG is about who all got snubbed, whether it be ESPN, MLBN, Yahoo Sports, Bleacher Report, etc. Is this the most snubbed all star game in recent memory?

BQ: Who is the single most snubbed player?

  • Why are teams showing no interest in Brandon Webb?

He's healthy now, still capable of being a good pitcher, and has not expressed signs of retirement. From '06-'08 he was probably the most consistent pitcher in baseball.

  • Should the All Star game be banned if?

If fans keep making such stupid choices!?!? There is no reason that the AL starting first baseman should be Prince Fielder, Paul Konerko is the best 1B in the game right now, and he's third behind Fielder and Teixeira (who's hitting like 2 bucks and some change.) And Nelson Cruz should not be in the starting outfield, look at the year Adam Jones is having. Why is Lance Berkman even getting votes for NL first baseman? He's not even played fifteen games this year, the NL 1B All Stars should be Freeman and Votto. And in the outfield in the National League, Martin Prado isn't even in the top-15 in voting. He's 6th in the league in hitting and has the fifth most hits among all NL outfielders. And there are tons more examples of players who should not be all stars, like why is Jason Kipnis not in the top five at second basemen? And now that idiot Ken Rosenthal wants to claim Bryce Harper should be an all star? What should MLB do if we have another popularity contest this year instead of an all star game?

  • The Question: Who will be first to 200 wins?

Tim Hudson or Roy Halladay? Which will notch their 200th victory first? Halladay has 192 career wins, Hudson stands at 185. Keep in mind that Halladay is injured for the next at least month and a half, and that Hudson was scratched from his start due to bone spurs. Make a logical statement on why your choice will reach 200 wins first.

BQ: Do you think either of these players will reach the Hall of Fame?

  • Possible trade: Dwight Howard to Atlanta?

I've read that a possible trade for Dwight Howard would be to the Hawks. Since the Hawks have complaints from their players about not being competitive, acquiring Howard would definitely make them contenders. Also, Howard's hometown is Atlanta and he is very close with Josh Smith. Could Orlando trade D12 to the Hawks for Al Horford, Marvin Williams and maybe Jeff Teague?

  • Which MLB franchise is most likely to change locations?

Just a fun question. Which MLB team(s) would be most likely bought out and moved to a new location, and where?

My choice: Pittsburgh Pirates move to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

  • Is sending Kris Medlen to the Minors the smartest move the Braves could make?

The answer is yes. Medlen has been above average out of the 'pen. Before his last two appearances his ERA was 2.50, he got roughed up just a bit lately though. He will take Mike Minor's spot in the rotation which is the right choice to make since Medlen was really good starting in 2010. Now the question is do the Braves trade Minor, send him down, or use him in the bullpen?

  • Is Ian Kinsler the most under rated player today?

After taking some time to skim through some stats, raw stats and Saber-metric, I've realized how good of a player Ian Kinsler is. He's already had two 30 homer seasons which is very impressive at a power drained position. He does have a decent career batting avg of .276. Which is a fair trade when you take into account that he walks a lot and has a career On Base of .357. He also has never struck out more than 83 times in a season and that was in 2007. And he's a very stable defender. I always hear names like Cano, Uggla and Brandon Philips when I hear discussions about who's the best second baseman, but I'd probably take Kinsler over most of those guys.

  • Do you think Dale Murphy deserves to be in the Hall of Fame?

I need not type in his career stats, I am aware of his low career batting average. But there are worse in the hall of fame, he was non-Saber-metrically considered the best player of the 1980's configured through raw stats. I'd like to hear from both sides of this committee, so if you feel opposed to Dale Murphy being in the Hall of Fame then explain your such reasoning.

  • Any one seen the worst bobble head ever?

    Here it is: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10150816110...

This was on Bleacher Report, yes, it's a Roy Halladay bobble head with him pitching with his left hand but lifting the leg he would use pitching right handed.

  • Do you think Dwight Howard will be traded this off season?

If so, to who? And will the Magic ask for a really good player in return since they contend in the play offs most years?

  • Why didn't Josh Smith go to the NBA All Star Game?

I know I'm late on this, but it really confuses me that he didn't make the team as a reserve. I didn't expect for him to be voted as a starter by the fans, but I was certain the other coaches would vote him as a reserve. It's especially odd that the two guys from Philly and Chicago that were there as reserves didn't have as good of numbers as Josh Smith had at the All Star Break.

  • Why are there not more MLB teams in the South East region of the U.S.?

This is something that just kind of popped into my head, and I'd like your guys' opinion on it. There are only three MLB teams in the south east United States; the Marlins, Rays, and Braves. Since a lot of successful baseball players are from the south, why hasn't anyone located teams to the region in states like Alabama, Kentucky, Virginia, or Tennessee, all of these states have good college teams, and two of them already have professional sports teams so the market there is good. Why haven't owners thought to bring more teams there?

  • 1st Quarter 2012 awards?

The first quarter of the 2012 season in Major League Baseball is over. Time for awards for the first quarter! I want a list of who should be the recipients of the 4 major awards for both leagues. I don't want these list to be projections as to who will win the awards but who should win them if the season ended today.

    My list:

    NL MVP: Andre Eithier

NL Cy Young: Brandon Beachy; I mean seriously with these numbers, there should be no argument.

    NL ROY: Wade Miley

NL Manager of the Year: Don Mattingly; once again, there should be no argument, what he's done in LA is unbelievable.

    AL MVP: Josh Hamilton

    AL Cy Young: Justin Verlander

    AL ROY: MIke Trout

AL Manager of the Year: Tie between Joe Maddon and Buck Showalter.

  • Why is Mike Minor struggling?

Mike Minor was really good throughout his first four starts this year. With an ERA at 3.40, now it's up at 7.09. Last year he was pretty good, posting an ERA in the mid- 4.00's. Is it time for the Braves to trade him for a C prospect since they don't have many needs? Or should they send him down and see how Julio Teheran (MLB.com #3 Prospect) performs?

  • Which team do you project Orlando Hudson to sign with?

I think it was a huge mistake by the Padres to release him, he just got off to a struggling start. He's still a great defender, and is reliable to hit around .250 in the later years of his career, and can still run pretty well. But who do you think he'll sign with now?

  • Does it annoy you that some of baseball's records are held by PED users?

It makes our game seem like a joke. The fact the all time home run king is a juicer who's head went from pea size to watermelon and is a PED user. And that Alex Rodriguez may take over the all time RBI record and he's had much proof of his steroid use, from the Mitchell Report to Canseco's book. And then there's Roger Clemens. It seems like baseball's prestigious records and clubs are becoming cluttered with nuances who cheated and made baseball look like a joke. Does this bother you?
