Are people talking more about snubs than actual All Stars?

Everything I watch or read today about the ASG is about who all got snubbed, whether it be ESPN, MLBN, Yahoo Sports, Bleacher Report, etc. Is this the most snubbed all star game in recent memory?

BQ: Who is the single most snubbed player?

Yeah, because the snubs this year are pretty outrageous. But, what can you expect? It's the all-star game.

BQ: David Wright from the starting 3B job.

I didn't think there were that many snubs this year. But typically the snubs are talked about a lot the days after the selection.

BQ: Austin Jackson. Hitting over .300 ( In top5 for average, I think). And really having a great year compared to his last couple of years.

Because the snubs this year were especially egregious.

C'mon do you really think Pablo Sandoval, who hasn't even been in half of his team's games this season deserves to go in ahead of David Wright who has missed only 4?

That's really low what they did to Wright. He's having an MVP year and he won't even start. Thank goodness he is still in it though. It would be a travesty if he wasn't even able to play.

BQ: I think I made it clear that Wright was the most screwed over this year.

There are many snubs every year and every year, people ***** and moan about it.

So annoying. People need to shut up and move on with their lives. It's the MLB All-Star Game, geez, people need to stop putting so much stock into it. It IS a popularity contest, we know, it's the same every year. but goddamn people need to shut up about it. I used to be the same way, complaining about snubs until I realized I could be doing much better things, starting with "not caring."

Every year there are snubs but this years was outrageous

BQ: Jason Kipnis 2nd base. Has a higher batting average, hr, stolen bases, and rbi then the ian kinsler and very close to robinson cano. but of course kinsler was chosen as a reserve b/c his coach picked the reserve

What are they supposed to say about the players that they thought deservingly made it? Yay? And I think most of the talk has been about David Wright, who is an actual All Star even though he isn't starting.

    BQ: David Wright.

yes because the David Wright thing was atrocious

BQ- David F'n Wright who would be NL MVP if Joey Votto hasn't been so great. Pablo freaking Sandoval beat him out

The voting system stinks, its not a true representation of All-Stars.
