Is this a newt or an axolotl?

I caught this with my tadpoles. I was wondering if it was a newt eft (baby newt) or a baby axolotl? Or is it something else? I live in Washington state (Seattle area).

    Salamandra salamandra - larva

    Basis of limb are more lighted than rest of ones

    The and of tail is markedly rounded

    Dorsal fin selvage started in one half of trunk

    Dark coloring of "baby newt" (larva)

    and so on
