Pain on the lower left side of my pelvic area?

Question

Its been hurting all day today and we thought that it could be me having cramps. But it continues to hurt. 

I've been nauseated, i layed my my right side ALL day, I've took pain med (ibuprofen, midol, etc), it hurts the area when lay on my back, I've tried laying on my left side, even though it hurts but ends up laying back on my right side 30secs later cuz I can't handle the pain, tried a heating pad and worked a little bit (worked even more on d I layed from on my back to my right side) 

I get some relief for a little bit when I'm on my knees and elbows with my behind up a little. 

The pain radiates from the front of my left hip down to the inside side of my private area bone..area. (sorry, maybe a little complicated)

It really hurts and I don't know if it's just a case of bad cramps or more. 

Could use anyone's help and suggestions.

i can understand which you're concern with each discomfort you experience during being pregnant esp. in case you have had a miscarriage. Pains in Pelvic section could be ok. i've got faith discomfort interior the pelvic section too and that i replace into instructed that it replace into the ligament stretching. If youre no longer bleeding or recognizing then issues could positive. I many times experience the discomfort each on occasion...it comes and is going and final for the entire day..besides the shown fact that it is going away the following day. besides the shown fact that it will come decrease back each time it needs to.

could be an ovarian cyst, maby a kidney stone, or a kidney infection, but you need to go to the doctor asap!
