I believe you mean that you have a 3 phase motor that you want to operate with a single phase power source. There are several ways to do this.
1. Use a static single phase to 3 phase converter.
2. Use a variable speed drive designed for a 3 phase motor.
3. Use a rotory single phase to 3 phase converter..
If you use a browser you can do a search with "phase converter" as you keywords and you should get sources for them.

Buy a 2 phase.
3 phase is build with winding to handle 3 current loops each 120 degrees out of phase. 2 phase motors are wired to handle 2 current loops 180 degrees out of phase. They can't be simply changed. Design and layout of the motor is what needs to change.

There is no such thing as 2 phase. 208v, 220v, 230v is all called single phase.
You can power some oversized VFDs with single phase power, and have them generate three phase.
