I've lost my phone...how can I get a replacement?
I have a Blackberry on Orange, which I lost today. it's a pay monthly phone, and there's still 7 months left of the contract. I don't pay insurance for it, so is there any way I would be able to get a replacement and a new sim card and how much would I have to pay for that?

Hey Rachel,
Firstly, it's important that you report your phone as lost to Orange as soon as possible because if your phone has been used by someone else who's gone over your limit, you'll have to pay. By reporting your phone as lost to Orange, they'll be able to block it from being used.
Orange should be able to send you a SIM card however, how much it'll cost to get a new phone depends on what you choose to get as it's likely you'll have to pay for a new one in full.
Hope this helps :)

You can get a new sim card with your old number.. you need to contact your carrier and disable the old sim card and then get a new one..
I'm not sure how much they will charge you.. but you should contact them first and deactivate your phone and then ask them for pricing for a new one. you can also buy a used unlocked Blackberry device and use it with the sim card that you can buy from your carrier.

contact orange asap and get it blocked as if its used you will be liable for any calls made you MUST contact them and they will only send a new sim not a new phone if you had been insured they would have sent both

contact orange immediately and get it cancelled so that no one else can use it then talk to orange about what you can do to get a new phone.
hop this helps!
