VISA for long term multiple vacations?

I have a family member seeking to leave the United States and desires to go to multiple countries without having to come back between visits to apply for the new VISA. Any suggestions how to pull this off?

People do it all the time. He needs to learn which countries he wants to visit require a visa of American citizens. Then, before he leaves the U.S. he needs to apply for a visa for each of those countries. He can check the list below to see which countries require a visa, which do not, and which give a visa on arrival. If he wants to stay in a certain country longer than their tourist visa allows, he must apply for an extension while in that country. Some countries allow that , some do not. He would not return to the U.S. to apply for an extension or a new visa to that country.

    A) Visit countries that don't require a visa for US visitors. There are quite a lot of them.

    B) Get all the visas before she leaves. The reason there are a whole lot of pages in a passport is so there's room for multiple visas.
