You knew that, of corse, but did you also know that there are sertint types of food that are going to some what tern our wife off. If you know what I mean. Obviously you do. So basically, avoid the types of food that are known to stimulate her, and try to eat the types of food that will tern her off. Figuratively speaking. So just do that, and that should help.

Another suggestion to you, is to eat early. Get preoccupied with something important so to put it off until you are done, or until you are ready to go to action.
