Is there really such a thing as "The Seven Year Itch"?

Actually, I've been in a LTR for 9 years but I've had a crush on a guy for over a year. My current BF is a great man but we never seem to have time for each other anymore. (and we live together) My crush is so sexy and sweet and a real gentleman. My crush admitted last night that he likes me back but won't go any further because he respects my current relationship. The sad thing is I've known for a long time that I'd be just fine w/o my boyfriend. What should I do?

If your BF is not your life mate then you need to break up with him. Don't waste his time nor yours on a dead end never going anywhere relationship.

If your BF is your life mate then you need to cease contact with your crush and refocus your time/energy on your relationship.

That's certainly a tough decision to make. When you've been in a relationship with someone for that long, its hard to let go. If you've known for a long time you'd be just fine without him. Then maybe its time to let go, crush aside. I think you owe it to your BF, and to yourself, to stop wasting each others time. And to stop leading your current BF on. Its unfair.

Keep him as a friend and break it off with ur boyfriend since he's a waste of ur time. Who knows the friendship could blossom
