Dizziness from traveling?
I just traveled to France from the United States to tour with my friend. It is almost a 7 hour flight. Since we have gotten here we have been taking a lot of trains and walking a lot in the hot sun. The past 2 days I have been feeling lightheaded and dizzy. I am nervous because I am far from home and I don't want anything bad to happen. I have also been very anxious since my trip from being far from home as well without my parents. Is this vertigo or just over-exhaustion or dehydration or something else?

Drink more liquids. It would be easy to miss your fluid intake since you are not at home.

I would suggest you see a neurologist. They can rule out if your having seizure like activity, which does make some feel dizzy and light headed... Traveling usually tends to make one with that condition feel worse, so I really think you should have yourself checked out my a Neurologist....and go from there.
