Cannot connect to Internet, on hp Laptop?
I have a hp laptop, it has worked perfectly and I could go on the internet, but suddenly one day I just couldn't get on the internet, and it just kept saying that there was no connection, when I opened up the browser. But when I try to "repair/reconnect" the internet connection, it says that its already connected. But I still can't go on the internet, help???

Try this disconnect your modem from the p.c. and let it stand for 30 to 60 seconds sometimes this will help it to reconnect and clear the modem at the same time. Hook it back up and reboot and hopefully you will be on the net. If not you may want to contact your I.S.P. and have service tech. run some tests on your line. Once you get online check and see if there is a update for your lan drivers.

the issue seems unusual. once I had the "constrained get right of entry to" issue, I rebooted the instant router, and each thing labored superb. whether, the diagnostics service no longer working is unusual... in line with threat are you utilizing the laptop in secure mode?
