GTX 560 SLI PCIe Issues.?

I have very recently ordered another Gtx 560 ti to go sli. I know that my motherboard has 2 PCIe slots one is 2.0 and the other is 3.0. will this cause a conflict? i have a msi Z68A-G43 (G3).

    Nope they are backwards compatible.
