I have very recently ordered another Gtx 560 ti to go sli. I know that my motherboard has 2 PCIe slots one is 2.0 and the other is 3.0. will this cause a conflict? i have a msi Z68A-G43 (G3).

at the moment i have a single GTX 560 ti, i need to make a desicion between another 560 to go sli or a new 580. I know that the GTX 560 sli preforms better than the 580 but that would mean i would also need to upgrade my psu. i have a 850w at the moment. whats the best desicion.

Today i recieved 4gb crucial ram in the mail. so I went ahead ind put it my computer. afterwards msi opened up at boot and said my Ram amount has changed. so i hit continue and my computer booted up. everything loaded much faster and i was very pleased untill i heard a weird sound. it sounds like a buzz but kind of like a beep. i dont know how to explain the sound but its like a very high pitch beep that never stops. what is the reason and how can i reduce this sound?
