you might be losing brake pressure in the master brake cylinder. best way to test if you're losing brake fluid is park your car and pump the brakes with it running

Most lights do not last more than a minute, but if there is nothing more than just this little 'jump', i would guess that it is just the air conditioning pump cutting in and out. No big deal, but noticable on some cars with a small engine
