I have 3000 Square Feet house and I can feel the cold air coming out but it doesn't blow that hard and my home its 2 floor house and I have only one Return vent downstairs can that be the reason why it doesn't blow hard and I change my filter every 2 months and I have 4 ton AC unit? and my problem is am in the south when it gets to hot the house doesn't gets cold??
