What s the difference between the media and conservative talk radio?

There isn't anything called "media" talk radio. Talk radio happens to be part of the media, but conservatism dominates it. Hillary tried to shut them down a few years ago with a "Fairness" bill that got stomped on and the one liberal network, Air America, went bankrupt. Nobody wanted to listen to Janeane Garofalo or Stuart Smalley bash America 24/7.

Nothing. Conservative talk radio stations outnumber allegedly liberal media outlets like CNN and MSNBC. So cons are wrong again when they're attacking the media. It includes their side, which lies about politics just as much if not more than the liberal media.

Conservative talk radio is part of the media. I'm guessing you're one of those that think that only a 'liberal' outlet counts as media?

The problem with radio is there are no pictures.

No one over the age of fifty listens to radio unless they are forced to due to a long commute or road trip.

The media tries to level with the people.

The media or 'main stream media' is very controled, and very liberal oriented.

listening to the radio is an intellectual pursuit, much like reading is...your brain is FORCED to make its own images when listening,therefore talk radio people are far brighter than people who watch tv.
