On The Young and The Restless is the actor that plays Billy Abbott really leaving the show?

I heard that his contract hasnt been renewed.I also heard that he is going to be doing a movie for one of the cable channels. I wish he would come back he is the best Billy we have ever had.K2

I keep reading these ''rumors'' but l have no idea if they are 2012 rumors or from last year when we were wondering the same thing. I guess we'll have to wait and see. I like his character too, but l've notice like for the past 3wks or so, he doesn't seem himself, he just seems uptight.

So it would seem it's true given that it's one year later huh, I'll miss him.

Yes, I heard that Billy MIller is leaving the show. I am not sure if it is just for a short time IE he will return or if the part will just be recast.

Yes it is true, he will not renew his contract, he is doing other shows..they might re-cast Billy..he is also doing a movie for Lifetime...=)

It's a shame because yes he's one of the few highlights left on the show.

I haven't heard that he was leaving. I figure he would stay around longer since Ringer got canceled.
