No, I really do have a question, and that is:
What song does the Flim Flam Brothers (song) make you think of? Or, what song is it based off of, BESIDES The Music Man.
Yes, I love The Music Man, and it's a really great movie, but the song doesn't make me think of either Ya Got Trouble, or Rock Island.
Yes, it is similar to them both, however the
'You've got opportunity in this very community." Part is making me think of either an old Disney movie, or some other old movie, besides The Music Man.
The only answer to my question though is so far, just that. So, what song does it make you think of?

I can't think of anything else other than the Music Man. When I first saw it that was the conclusion that my friends and I came to quite immediately.

The Music Man is actually a play, not a song. It definitely sounds like Shipoopi.
