theres are strings at the bottom of the capris that hang on the lower bottom but they're kinda like idk browinish greenish capris? anyway what kind of TOP!? off the shoulder? tank? idk!

Those are espadrilles, and no offense but i would NOT recommend those pants. I would however recommend a cute flowy skirt, or a maxi skirt/dress.
