Omg I can't focus someone help?

GET OFF THE COMPUTER AND STUDY. If you don't, you're going to fail your finals. That's going to make you fail all your classes and fail out of school. Then you'll never get a job, you'll live on the streets - or in best case, your parents basement. You'll get fat because you'll have nothing to do and you won't have any friends. So go study so you don't become a fat, useless, failure!!! :)

Here's what I do: if it is a computer log off whatever you are on and just get out of the room with your stuff. If it is a laptop then log off put it in a place where you don't like to go to unless you have to.

Step 2: Log off and put your iPod away. You can give it to your parents or keep it in the same place as the laptop.

Step 3: Layout what you have to do in order of importance. This helps you focus. You can leave the really really easy stuff out for the morning so that you don't have to worry about it.

just switch off the computer and move to another place to study. every time you tend to think about it, assume that 'tis not working or somehow you can't switch it on. Once you try & start concentrating on ur books, u wont b distracted :-)
