Goverment training EMPLOYMENT SCAM?

Has / Does anyone know of this practise with employers , My daughter along with many others that we know of , have applied and got employment with a national company , taken on as a Trainee , some part time , some full time ,

full filled there " Trial Day " and qualified to work for company as a trainee , with my daughters case , was on part time , 28hrs p w ( she done 2 days ) , but as and when required , the manager , stated set hours equating to 28hrs pw , but would not commit on his part , IE , messing around with excuses , sorting out rota etc amongst excuses , However , was and is still continuing to do interviews for same job positions , getting government grants for " Trainees " and either through , with a lot of cases , dismissing them through " constructive dismissal tactics " or just not full filling his part of employment promise ! in some cases not PAYING WAGES EAR-NT !! ( my daughter has been paid for 1 day )

but then taking on more " trainees " and so on so forth ! now ACAS , would not be able to get involved as due to not being in employment for 6 months , The Job centre has been made aware of this , and will not let company advertise through them in future due to this .

How ever , what could be done , who could you got to , to see these employers get investigated ? and or how to make them pay back money from the goverment !

Can you sue them? Is that allowed where you are? False advertising, not paying wages (that's a biggie here, you really are not allowed to do that) Bring it to the Media's attention. Plaster the name of that "recruiter" and the company everywhere about what they are dong. Get a reporter to investigate the company.

I'd say the government part is a lie. The whole thing is probably just a scam in general. The person probably gets paid for showing his product to X number of people and this is how he meets his quota. There probably isn't even a real job available to anyone.
