Does this include points gained on driving licence due to speeding?

I'm just in the process of filling out a job application and one of the questions is -

REHABILATION OF OFFENDERS ACT 1974

Please give details below of any convictions or charges outstanding of all offences (or alleged offences) including driving offences. If you inadvertently disclose a conviction, which is regarded as ‘Spent’ it will be ignored.

Does this mean points gained on driving licence due to speeding as I have 3 points and wouldn't want not mentioning them to lose me the chance of my dream job

Paying a speeding ticket is a conviction of a driving offense. I'd list it. If that's all you have, then you'd likely be fine in an evaluation.
