How to change MS Excel cell color for a certain value?

I'm entering a set of test scores into Excel in percentage format. How do I get it to change the cell red if the score is less than 70% when I enter that number? I'm using Excel 2007.

First, select all the cells you want to shade red when the score is below 70%, then:

From the Home Tab, click on Conditional Formatting, then select Highlight Cells Rules, Less Than

and enter .7 (or you can enter 70%)

Select your formatting and you're done.
